Questions owners ask
Do customers pay through Chow Wheels?
No. Customers pay you directly, by UPI or cash, exactly as they do today. We never handle your money.
What happens after the free months?
We show you your numbers and ask which plan you want: ₹299 every month, or pay for 6 or 12 months at once and save. If you say no, we hide your page. Nothing is charged.
Can I pay for 6 or 12 months at once?
Yes. For founding members, 6 months is ₹1,499 (you save ₹295) and 12 months is ₹2,999 (you save ₹589). Those months start after your free months.
How long does the founding price last?
For your first 12 paid months, which start after your 3 free months. After that the regular price applies, and we tell you at least 30 days before it changes. The founding price is for the first 20 owners who join.
Can I get a refund, or take a break?
Months you have already paid are not refunded. If you need a break, for a festival or a family reason, message us and we pause your page and keep your remaining months for when you come back.
What do I need?
A smartphone with internet and an email address. If you use Gmail, you can log in with Google.
I park in different places on different days. Does that work?
Yes. Save all your usual spots once. Each day, pick the one you are at, or use your phone’s location.
Will customers see my phone number?
Only if you turn on the Call button. Otherwise your number stays private and only we use it to reach you.
Do I need an FSSAI number?
You can sign up without it and add it later from your dashboard.
Which areas do you cover?
We are starting in south Bengaluru: Basavanagudi, JP Nagar, Hulimavu and Bilekahalli. If you park somewhere else, send your details anyway and we will tell you when we open there.
